He holds degrees in Organization Development, Business Management, Physics, Radiologic Technology & Medicine and has served as a past Regional Vice President of IFMA, past President of two IFMA Chapters, immediate Past President of CAHED, Past President of the Health Care Institute (HCI) and immediate Past President of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP). As Vice President of Planning, he combines deep operational insight with design and construction expertise to guide complex healthcare projects from concept through completion.

Michael most recently held a senior leadership role at a dedicated healthcare design firm, where he served as a trusted advisor to major clients and provided direction across multiple project teams for initiatives valued up to $550 million. His leadership is marked by strategic collaboration, technical rigor, and a commitment to delivering environments that improve outcomes for both clients and patients.

He also brings owner-side experience, having overseen a $120 million healthcare addition and renovation project—adding a valuable perspective on the priorities and challenges faced by health systems during planning and construction.

Seth’s most recent accomplishments include the completion of the UTSW Brain and Cancer Center and prior to that he spent 3 years in Sydney building a replacement hospital for the Australian government. 

He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where he was an NCAA Letterwinner in Football and has degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering. He believes in treating everyone with respect and providing world-class outcomes for clients and patients.

Ian brings extensive experience managing healthcare and infrastructure projects across Texas. With a background in both field operations and project coordination, he leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results for clients.

Before joining SPMT Group, Ian contributed to major healthcare initiatives, including the $32 million Cook Children’s Neighborhood Clinic, where he implemented cost tracking systems and coordinated closely with stakeholders. He also supported the Plano Bed Tower Expansion at Children’s Health, managing key components such as a $16 million precast parking structure and a $5 million Microgrid system—both executed amid active hospital operations.

Earlier in his career, Ian played roles on large federal and civic projects like the $1.4 billion Fort Bliss Replacement Hospital and the Alamo Plan – Phase 1, gaining valuable experience in documentation, field oversight, & stakeholder communication.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, where he served as a Yell Leader and was the Caretaker of Reveille, the university’s treasured mascot—experiences that shaped his leadership and dedication to service.
